NYC Tba!

So, in just under one months time, I will have returned from a weeks holiday in New York! Does anyone have any advice for me before I travel?
  • Places to see?
  • Places to eat?
  • Muggers to avoid?
  • Presents to buy my kids?

Go to the library and have a Ghostbusters moment.

Visit FAO Schwarz for some toys for the kids, it's where Tom Hanks played the piano in the film BIG. Tell every native you can that it's shit compared to Hamleys.

Visit Little Italy. Go to Soho for record shops - I picked up a rare (thankfully) Kazoo Bros EP there.

Practice your gang signs and Westwood stylings in Harlem. Good luck whitey!

Tao will just sound like a cockerney, doing an Irish accent.

Just pretend to be related to Royalty.

That should stop you getting arrested in those public toilets at 2am.

-Take the Circle Line tour
-Walk around neighborhoods, just pick one and go (Chinatown, Little Italy, and SOHO would be a nice group)
-Empire State observatory, Rockefeller Center Observatory
-Go to Times Square, of course, but head west to 9th Ave. for better eating for less. Times Square prices are too high.
