Why did he send a picture? An excessive overhead and for just a measley ill gotten 400 quid. Rank amateur fraud by a tit with a guilty conscience.
Now how about 5,000 X-boxes on eBay at £200 quid (priced low for volume). Stall 'em with stories of dodgy power packs/3 flashing red lights/replacement's in the post yada yada yada and you should get the cool mil offshore before the fraud squad sends you to minimum security HMP Archer for three months light exercise and novel writing.
