Black and white photography

I have always been a fan of B&W photographs. They always look much more dramatic and the lack of color allows the view to concentrate more on the content. I found this tutorial ages ago but never really played with it too much. It works very well and produces a good quality B&W image with good depth of shadow and highlights.
